Michael Spotted Eagle

Michael Wayne Spotted Eagle aged 18 died in a vehicle accident on June 27, 2024, in Browning, Montana.

Michael was born on December 29, 2005, in Cut Bank, Montana to Samual Spotted Eagle Sr and Janet Morsette. He joined his brother Samual and a few years later their younger sister Caylee completed them. Michael lived in both Havre and Browning, Montana attending school in Browning.

Growing up Michael loved watching wrestling, his favorite being the WWE, his favorite wrestlers were John Cena and the Undertaker. He loved to go fishing. He also loved to go swimming. He enjoyed playing the PlayStation with his brother and their friends. He was an avid country music fan; his favorite song was Drink a Beer by Luke Bryan. Michael enjoyed spending time with friends and family. He enjoyed traveling with his Grandma Dee Dee and Grandpa Terry every weekend and traveling to Havre to see his mom, sister, and other family.

In 2022 Michael started working for Glacier Family Foods first as a checkout bagger later moving to Maintenance. In September of 2023 he achieved recognition as Employee of the Month.

2022 also brought love into Michael's life when he met Autumn Boushie and her daughter Jordie.

In May of 2023 Michael moved to Havre to stay with his mom and Sister and found himself working with his uncles in their cement business learning a trade.

Michael was known for using his favorite catchphrases "Hold Up" and " I Love You Woman".

Michael follows both sets of his grandparents in death: Jackie and Terry Morgan and Randy Morsette and Patti Reardon. Also, his Aunt Margaret Morsette and various family members are too numerous to list.

Michael's memory will live on in the hearts of those he left behind: his Mother Janet Morsette, Father Samual Spotted Eagle Sr., Brother Samual, and his baby Sister Caylee. Girlfriend Autumn Boushie and her daughter Jordie, Grandma Sharyl Wells, Aunt Marie and Uncle Les, Aunt Kelly, Uncle Ken, Uncle CJ, Aunt Cecilia and Uncle Mike, Aunt Crystal, Uncle John and Aunt Kayla, and Uncle Wayne. Cousins Kayla, Katy and Austin, Kyersten, and Ryan & their children Jax and Andrea, Kathryn, Skylee, Rose and Emily, Isabella, Luna, Launa, Zane, Jose, Jathan, Lily, Gaedon, George, Kylar, and various family members too numerous to list.

Wake services will begin July 5th at Glacier Community Center in Browning Followed by a Rosary July 7th at 7 p.m.

On July 8th funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. at Little Flower Parish in Browning with burial to follow at the Makes Cold Weather Cemetery in Kiowa.
